Who We Are
A licensed mechanical contractor, built on responsiveness
We are a certified, licensed air conditioning contractor and provide engineering design services. Experience has given us the ability to respond quickly to a customer's specialized needs, and responsiveness and high quality service are our priority.
We design, install and service projects that include computer rooms, clean rooms, thermal storage systems and custom glycol systems, and we provide a complete range of mechanical services from conceptual design to installation and follow-up maintenance.
Flexibility in responding to the customer's needs is a primary factor in our growth and success, with over 80% of our revenue coming from repeat clientele. To hold that standard, our professional staff mechanics enroll in ongoing training and education programs.

Service Coordinator. Mikki schedules and coordinates our service work, and is the voice customers hear when a visit needs to be set, moved or escalated.
Ron Stauffer
Director of Operations. Ron directs field operations across our design, construction and service work, keeping crews, schedules and quality aligned.
Patrick Shaw
Service Support. Patrick supports the service team and our contract customers day to day, from parts and logistics to follow-up.
